We want you and your pet to be absolutely delighted with Artisan Raw Dog Food. That's why we offer a 100-day return policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 100 days from receiving your item to request a return or resolution.

Simple Steps to Start Your Return:

To begin, please contact us at info@artisanrawdogfood.ca with your order details. We're here to help make things right!

What Happens Next:

Once we confirm your return request, we'll quickly send you a pre-paid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll simply need your original receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation is perfect!).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the situation and promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund – whatever works best for you.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is processed, simply make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to process and post the refund to your account. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
