Please note: We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

 

Shipping Rates

 

We believe that getting the best nutrition for your pet should be simple and affordable.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes) to all destinations in Canada.

  • Standard Shipping: For all orders under $100, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your package.

All shipping rates will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Processing & Delivery Times

 

Once you place your order, our team gets to work!

  • Order Processing: We typically process and package orders within 1-3 business days of a purchase.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once your order is shipped, delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package's journey and know exactly when to expect your delivery.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.
